Better Breathers Clubs
These are local groups sponsored by the American Lung Association. There are many across the country, and more than likely there is one near you. These clubs tend to meet once a month to talk about lung disease, share experiences, plan events, and just socialize with people who are all facing the same thing. Ask your doctor or nurse if they know of one in your area, or visit this website to search for one by state:

Oxygenation Community
This is OxygeNation's online community of people living with lung disease. It's a great place to meet people and get advice. You can set up your own profile page, with pictures and information about yourself, and then start to network and meet others like you in your area, or around the country and even around the world. This online community has forums, chat rooms, and personal "O2Mail" services to help you keep in touch and find the information you're looking for. Click here to register.
